The gantry palletizer is designed to automatically stack cartons, plastic bags, film bags, or other packages onto pallets (wooden or plastic) according to specified arrangements. It can stack multiple layers and then automatically transport them to the solid pallet station, facilitating forklift transportation to storage areas.
The double-channel gantry palletizer divides boxes into two lanes, feeding them through a box-separating mechanism onto an unscrambling platform. From there, they are pushed to the lifting platform for palletizing, resulting in higher stacking efficiency.
This equipment features PLC + touch screen control for intelligent operation and management, making it simple to operate while significantly reducing labor requirements and intensity. Designed with high speed, stability, and space-saving in mind, it incorporates a separate take-off plate for faster, more space-efficient stacking. With strong applicability and quick adjustment capabilities, it can handle palletizing for products of various specifications.
